Fun in the sun

Thanks to everyone who made it out to Wa Wa on saturday, we met a ton of people and had a lot of fun watching people eat mud from the safety of our tent, it was a great turnout. Also, thanks to Ben Pond for puttin it together, and tossin out some Bean swag.
I’d say the hightlight for me was the ride to and from the mountain. This was our first trip in our tour bus. We borrowed it from the guys at Sidehatch Entertainment for the day. They are an Allston/Boston local band promotion group that we’re working with to put together some music/rail jam events. Its a murdered-out matte black bus that runs on veggie grease. You have to start and stop it on Diesel, so you use a little fuel, but to go from Brighton - Dorchester- Wachusset - Dorchester - Brighton, and only use about 2 gallons of diesel is pretty rad. Check out the pics below, beats riding in the back of a car for sure. Hopefully the bus will become a fixture for us and the team headin to events throughout the season. Keep an eye out your window for it.

Just wanted to let everyone know there is a rail jam this Saturday at Wa Wa. Theres a $1k purse and anyone can enter so try and make it down. We’ll be there and there will definiltey be some bean gear given away.

New Site in Progress

Hi,
You probly noticed our front page is different. We’re in the process of changing the whole site around to look that way, but for right now its still under construction. We do, however, have the apparel side of our product line up and running so plleeeaase order some Bean ish to sport.
On the hard goods tip, we finally have all the materials we need from our vendors and production is fully under way. We should have an inventory of boards (30 or so, remember we’re only making 100 this year) by the Bayside Expo in late November. Hope to see you there.
