We were out doing work this past Saturday morning! Found some interesting things on the mean streets of Allston, the pics will explain it all!
Of course we had to enjoy the fruits of our labor with a few beverages!
Keep the streets clean and bring out the street sweepers!

Bring out the Street Sweepers!
We are at it again for the 2nd year in a row, maybe we will start a tradition. This time you are coming with us for a morning of neighborhood clean-up. We’ll meet on the front steps of the Jackson-Mann school at 9:00am sharp this Saturday, the 24th, and do some street sweeping, painting, and mulching. There will be free Boston Shines t-shirts, coffee, & donuts!
They usually don’t have enough tools for everyone so its more of just an opportunity to get out and enjoy the weather and the company! We are forecasted to have a beautiful day, sunny and mid 60’s.
Forward To A Friend(s)…they can keep you company!

So with 2 or 3 fresh inches of snow on the ground and the temps in the upper 30s, spring like conditions were in affect! To liven things up we gathered the shred heads and had a good ol’ longest olly comp rounded off with a one-hit grab off! Needless to say everyone had a good time; who doesn’t like grabs and ollies? More images will follow soon! Oh and CONGRATS to the winners!

Hey Local shreds! Come to Mt Southington Ski Area and see how we compare to the rest of the mass produced industry.
Also, sign up for the rail jam and throwdown so you can get some dope prizes, we will be throwin’ in shwag for the winners! If you aren’t a park rat, you can be a spectator as you try our all mountain Commonwealth model that was featured in the Feb. issue of Boston Magazine! Either way we’ve got you covered.
Swim the Mind will also be performing, if you can’t check them out tomorrow, go to facebook: swim the mind

This goes to all both of our readers! We apologize for the last minute details but… WE ARE DEMOing at JAY PEAK!
Tomorrow, Saturday the 20th we will be on the hill bright and early getting shreds on our decks! I know it is a hike for most of you Bostonians but if anyone can make, it would be worth your while. On top of demos, there will be a rail jam that Bean will co-judge and we will be giving out some shwag to the winners! If you buy a snowboard you could quite possibly sway our votes! Ha. Come check it out!

Our interview will be reaired at 6p tonight on channel 17, if you’re in ME, or you can find it on www.wskitv.com!

So we got wind of this write up back in December, well it is finally here. I know it isn’t much but it sure is better than nothing. We do want to mention the fact that, along with Mike McGraw and Collin Murray, there are more hands invovled in Bean than what the article mentioned. Also, playing a huge role are Scott Petrichko, Brian Callan and Patrick Leary, this really is a team effort. After the jump is the whole article, you should grab your own copy though, the image is kind of small. (more…)
