Don’t forget that you can try one of our Beans this weekend at Okemo! Bean will be up there holding it down for the riders. They just got pounded with some snow from this last storm, so it looks like the season has finally begun. A big thanks goes out to Jeff and the Okemo team for asking us to be involved for the second year running. Thanks. Take a look below for the snow report from the last yesterday, let’s hope it keeps coming!

Snow conditions from Okemo
Thursday, December 10, 2009 – Afternoon Update
It sure is amazing what over a foot of snow can do! Not only were conditions in mid-winter form today, but the Resort is now in fifth gear as we head into the weekend. We have a bunch of openings to announce this afternoon. After all the curveballs in November, I had a feeling things would start off big once we got the help from Old Man Winter, but this is just more than anyone could have imagined. Hang on, because here we go!
This Friday we hope to have approximately 35 to 40 trails open! That is correct; we’re more than doubling our trail count overnight. The Jackson Gore Base Area will be open tomorrow, including the ticket sales counter and The Roundhouse. Skiers and riders can traverse to and from Jackson Gore via Escape and Lower Limelight.
