Bean in the news!

March 12th, 2009

Hey,

Our first big piece of media went down this week. The monday edition of the Boston Herald had an article on Bean. It was the first page of the business section. Thanks big time to Rich Weir from the Herald for writing and Matt Stone for the photos and video. Big ups!

Read the article here.

We just got word from Andy @ Steez MiniMag that there were some issues with police and location for Tonights “MYT” party. The solution has been to roll that event into Saturday the 7th and combine it with the Rock & Rail Jam. Attached is a flyer with all the info on it, new location, new time, more sponsors!!! You can also view the info at: www.steezminimag.com

Steez sends their apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Attitash Rail Jam 2/28/09

March 2nd, 2009

So we had our first rail jam outside our back yard (blue hills) this weekend. We made the trek up to North Conway NH to throw a jam at Attitash. As we usually do, we stayed up till 2am and then got up at 5:30am to grab breakfast and make it to mountain at 7. Its a good thing we had a bunch of cases of Rockstar with us for the event. Even without the sleep the Jam went great. With the exception of the weather (it rained like a SOB the night before and then got below freezing, death cookies like whoa) everything was perfect. The sun was shining and the park setup was sick, especially the flat down on top of the van, which proved to be quite the widowmaker. Joey Cass especially took a nice dive off it and when I got over to him he said “I think I S&*&% my pants,”….Classic. Regardless he dragged himself back up the hill and landed the trick.

We were really pleased with the showing considering this was our first out of town Jam and we really appreciate everyone coming out. Thanks Attitash for your hospitality, and Cory for handling the mic all day.

Congrats to Justin (gotta get your last name and contact info, email us!) for taking first place and going home with a 153 Violator. Let us know what you think once you ride it.

Ok now Im gonna go make use of the 15″ we just got in Boston.

Bootsy.
