If you aren't happy with your Bean snowboard purchase, return it to us in a saleable condition within 30 days of purchase and we will give you your money back, no questions asked. For it to be returnable it must be unridden and in the same condition you got it in, to give us the opportunity to sell it again. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and you'll have to find a way to get it back to us.
