We guarantee our snowboards against quality defects for 1 year from the date of purchase. If there's something wrong with the board's materials or construction you can return it and we'll replace it for free. Because they're handmade there may be minor differences in appearance between boards, and we can't guarantee our boards against damage caused by normal wear and tear, or by damage caused by the user, including damage from improper binding mounting, use of adhesives or solvents, and damage caused by hitting mountain obstacles like trees or rocks. It will be at our discretion to determine the cause of a failure for any board returned to us, but we'll be happy to talk through it with you before making a decision.
